From application to departure

Every stage is handled in-house, so you always know where your file is and what happens next.

  1. 011 to 3 days

    Application & CV screening

    Submit your details through the website or on WhatsApp. Our recruitment desk screens your trade and experience against live contracts.

  2. 02Same day result

    Interview & trade test

    Attend an interview day at our centre or a partner venue. Most trades sit a practical test in front of the client or our technical staff.

  3. 03Where required

    Training & certification

    Where the contract requires a certificate — a safety card or a trade certification, for example — we guide selected candidates into the right course before deployment.

  4. 041 to 2 weeks

    Medical & documentation

    You complete the GAMCA medical and hand over your passport. We prepare the employment contract and attest the documents.

  5. 053 to 5 weeks

    Visa processing

    We submit your file to the embassy, follow the visa stamping and complete the Protector of Emigrants formalities on your behalf.

  6. 06On visa issuance

    Deployment

    Your ticket is issued, you attend a pre-departure briefing, and the employer receives you at the destination airport.

Training and certification

We do not run a standalone course catalogue. Where a contract requires a certificate — a trade certification, a safety card, a welding qualification — selected candidates are guided into the right course as part of this pipeline, before their visa is processed. You are told upfront which certificate a role needs and what it costs.
